Guests can self-cater, as well as enjoying meals and room-service delivery at/from nearby partner facilities (prior reservation required). Our concierge staff will be happy to make the necessary arrangements on your behalf. Please feel free to contact us using the inquiry form or by telephone if you have any specific requirements, such as the need to cater for small children or if you have allergies. *For dinner options, please select the same course for the entire group. It is not possible to choose a different course for each person in your group.

Locally-reared succulent Daisen-dori chicken cooked over a charcoal grill. A popular course, known for its rich and delicious taste. Appetizers, side dishes, salads, Daisen soba, rice, and soup are also included in the course. Great for those with a large appetite!

A delicious shabu-shabu that uses a broth made from locally grown green tea. The tea has a fabulous fragrance and is very compatible with pork. Daisen pork (rose, loin), fresh local vegetables, home-made sauce (3 types), salt (2 types), appetizer (3 types), Daisen rice, home-made yatara pickles, side dishes and Daisen soba noodles are also included.

A delicious shabu-shabu using award winning (“Wagyu Olympics”) Daisen Black Beef. It comes with sesame tofu, steamed egg (or tempura), sashimi, soba, and rice. Toyama Ryokan’s expert chef, Kabuyama-san, has created a set-course that perfectly compliments the finest Japanese beef shabu-shabu.

One of Tottori’s most famous specialties is freshly caught red snow crab. This exquisite course, prepared by expert chef Kabuyama-san, comes with a whole red snow crab in a delicious rice porridge. Comes with chawanmushi (a savory steamed egg-custard dish), their specialty sesame tofu and tempura.

A gorgeous two-tiered “Kaiseki bento” dinner box created by chef Tanishima of the creative French restaurant, “Esprit de Foret”, delivered to your room. Hot rice and soup are also included. A popular option for customers with small children.
